Sports Recovery

Our sport’s recovery sessions utilize Myofascial Therapy, a form of Physical Therapy that focuses on releasing tension and restrictions in the muscles and fascia, thereby alleviating pain, improving mobility, and enhancing overall function. Myofascial Therapy typically involves hands-on and instrument-assisted techniques where the therapist applies sustained pressure, stretching, or massage to the affected areas. Myofascial Therapy is often used in conjunction with other physical therapy techniques, exercises, and modalities to address a comprehensive range of musculoskeletal issues.

How?

Myofascial Therapy begins by localizing any areas of dysfunction through a hands-on assessment of the tissues in question, followed by extensive manual and equipment-assisted techniques to improve pain, mobility, performance, and vascular flow.
